The Headland stands grand splitting Fistral and Little Fistral beaches, famous for playing the part of the hotel in The Witches movie. St Michael’s Resort
St Michael’s features Cornwall’s largest hydrotherapy pool, plus outdoor saunas, a relaxation room, and a vast treatment menu using natural, locally inspired products. We really enjoyed staying in one the the resorts Spa Garden Lodges, which included an outdoor shower, roll top bath and wonderful garden views. The resort also offers fitness classes and healthy cuisine, making it perfect for a complete mind and body reset.

This family friendly clifftop spa offers a Nordic inspired sensory spa garden which we absolutely loved. The sensory spa garden is a journey of sorts, taking you through different treatments and water exposures. This left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Bedruthan Hotel is a warm, welcoming space ideal for guests looking for a relaxing experience with creative, coastal energy.

Una St Ives Spa
This contemporary spa offers a 15-metre indoor pool and an outdoor heated lido. Other facilities include steam room, sauna, and a broad selection of Elemis therapies. The real highlight of our time here was the fantastic afternoon tea, which we still consider one the best we’ve ever had. Located near St Ives, it’s a tranquil base for both pampering and exploring Cornwall’s art and coastal culture.

Polurrian on the Lizard Spa
Enjoy panoramic ocean views while you unwind in the outdoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, or enjoy a relaxing treatment in the spa. Watergate Bay Hotel
Watergate Bay is one of our favourite places in Cornwall. It is an excellent place to surf especially for beginners. Watergate Bay Hotel is also one of our favourite hotels weve ever had the joy of staying at. We stayed in one of the newley opened beach lofts over looking the beach. We had a wonderful sunset that evening that we still dream of!
Watergate Bay Hotel includes a 25 m infinity pool, sea-view hot tub, Finnish sauna, and land & water massages, facials, and manicures. Ideal for surfers, foodies, and wellness seekers, this spa blends active relaxation with gourmet dining from Cornwall born Michelin head chef Chris Eden.

While strictly not a spa, Kudhva has the makings of a fantastic wild spa escape, from swimming under a waterfall, wood fired hot tubs, off grid glamping and unique somatic retreats. This is a nature lover’s dream, minimalist, raw, and beautifully disconnected from the world.

Jubilee Pool
This iconic art deco lido is the UK’s largest salt water pool, holding some 5 million liters of water. The pool is filled by the surrounding ocean at each high tide and is usually a few degrees warmer than the ocean. Jubilee Pool also has a naturally heated geothermal pool. Offering 28-30 degree warm swims year round. There is also access to a sauna and a variety of activities including yoga and aquafit.
